Having specific goals is the key to success!! What also helps is breaking down goals. My main goal is to lose weight and be healthy. That is a pretty vague goal but if I break it down smaller and get specific, it will help me reach my main goal.

When trying to lose weight or just live a healthier life working out is essential! While many go to the gym or have gym equipment where they live and enjoy working out in with that equipment, to me it gets boring quick!
In order to workout out frequently you need to find an activity that you enjoy. So for example, if I get on a treadmill I dread every minute and probably won’t use it the next day so it’s just a disservice to me. Because of this I have decided to share the what workouts I do that make working out fun for me. Enjoy!
