Working out is something super important not only when trying to lose weight but also to have a healthy lifestyle overall. For me, working out is something that I sometimes struggle with and other times I love. Throughout the years I have done different types of workouts and some I loved while other bored me so much. When trying to lose weight or just live a healthier life working out is essential! While many go to the gym or have gym equipment where they live and enjoy working out in with that equipment, to me it gets boring quick!
In order to workout out frequently you need to find an activity that you enjoy. So for example, if I get on a treadmill I dread every minute and probably won’t use it the next day so it’s just a disservice to me. Because of this I have decided to share the what workouts I do that make working out fun for me. Enjoy!
