I have heard many say that cream makeup is better than powder makeup for the colder months. While I don’t want to avoid powder makeup during this time, I thought it would be a great time to experiment with cream blush and bronzer.
For a couple of years I have had my eyes on the e.l.f. Contouring Blush & Bronzer duo but I would have to buy it online and basically have an e.l.f. haul but for some reason I never got around to buy the duo. When I saw that it was at Target I got it right away but since it was still hot, I live in Texas, I really didn’t want to use it. Now that it is more chilly I got time to test it out. Since getting more into makeup, I have definitely leaned more to high end makeup because they have better quality most of the time. With that I have also gotten away from drugstore products but there are some products that I find amazing and cheap, which makes the product even better. My two favorite drugstore brands that to me have high end qualities are NYX and e.l.f. Cosmetics. Of course other brands have awesome products but these are the two drugstore brands I trust the most.
