Birchbox Unboxing: July 2016

I’m super excited to let y’all know that I have re-subcribed to Birchbox!!  The last Birchbox I received was the April one but because I quit my job, I decided to hold off on them for a while.  In June I decided to start getting them again because I was really missing the boxes and I can afford them again.  I only missed to boxes but I am super glad to be receiving them again!!

So I actually got the July Birchbox in the mail today and I was super excited, and how cute is the box?!  I probably say this every month, but these boxes are just soo cute!!  This month, Birchbox is all about getting things done, which I think is great because I have been feeling a bit lazy since I am not in school.  It is a great reminder that no matter what, we should have some goal that we should be working on to better ourselves!

So lets get right into what I received this month.  Enjoy!!

Comptoir Sud Pacifique Vanilla Abricot: This is a perfume and, if I am completely honest, I am not a fan of the smell!!  It is too sweet for my liking, so I am definitely not going to reach for this scent.

dr. brandt PoreDermabrasion:  This is the third time I have received this from Birchbox, and if I didn’t like it so much, I would probably be annoyed by this.  I reviewed this exfoliator a while back, you can find it here, if you’d like to know more about this product.

Marcelle Xtension Plus Curl Mascara:  I like trying out mascaras and I am really hoping that it is amazing because I am really close to running out.  I will be posting a review of this product sometime in the next two weeks and, like I said, I hope it as a great mascara!!

MDSolarSciences Mineral Cream SPF 50 Sunscreen: This sunscreen is supposed to be safe for acne and rosacea prone skin.  I don’t have those problems but I like that it is gentle.  The other thing that I am excited for is that it is supposed to absorb to the skin quickly so you won’t get that greasy sunscreen feel.  I am going to try my best to use it everyday and hopefully it doesn’t feel too heavy.

Rene Furterer KARINGA Hydrating Styling Creme:  I actually used this creme today since I got the box before I took a shower.  Lately my hair has been really frizzy which annoys me so much!! After I towel dried my hair, I put this creme on and so far I am liking the results!!  I still do have a bit of frizz but not as much.  I only put this creme on because I wanted to see how it works alone.  I usually also put mousse on so with both combos, I think my hair will look way better!!

Bonus!! Marcelle 3 in 1 Micellar Solution: One of the reasons I was convinced to go ahead and get Birchbox again, and not wait until a later time, was that Birchbox was having a deal where if you subscribe to the boxes, them you get a deluxe sample micellar water.  I am excited to finally try micellar water!!

So those are the products I received in this month’s Birchbox!  I think the product I am most excited for is the styling creme, because my hair really needs it!!

Are you subscribed to Birchbox?  If so, what is your favorite product that you received this month?
