Happy New Year!!!
I cannot believe it is 2016 already, the years really do fly by when you get older! Every year I like to make New Year’s Resolutions but I almost never stick to them. This year I have decided to have three resolutions, two specific ones and one that is more broad. Keep reading to see what my three resolutions are and what I am going to do to makeup sure I keep them throughout the year. Enjoy!
Make Healthy Choices: I decided to make this the resolution instead of the regular one, which is to lose weight. For some reason, this sounds more positive and I think it will make it easier to stick to the resolution. weight loss will just be a very nice perk of making healthier choices.
I plan on working out more and make more of an effort to cook for myself. I order the Blogilates Fit Planner and I am excited to start using it through the whole year and not just January.
Become More Involved in my Faith: I stopped going to Mass regularly about a year and half ago and lately I have felt like something has been missing. Even thought I do pray every day, I feel like going to church and hearing more about the word of God will help me a lot. I actually do enjoy going to church but I get lazy to get ready on Sunday morning but I think this resolution will really make my year so much better so I am going to lay out my clothes the night before and try to go to bed earlier so that it is so much easier to wake up Sunday morning.
Get More Organized: This is my vague New Year’s Resolution. I decided to make it vague because so much falls under being more organized. The main ones I want to tackle under organization is cleaning my makeup brushes weekly, cleaning my room daily, and when school comes around, have better time management. To stick to this resolution, I will heavily rely on the calendar on my phone. I have tried using a regular planner but since I have my phone on me at all times, it is so much easier to plan things on it.
Those are my 3 New Year’s Resolutions. I think sticking to these resolutions will really make 2016 a great year and really help me grow as a person.
What are your New Year’s Resolutions?
