Make Up For Ever Step 1 Skin Equalizer Hydrating Primer | Blogmas Day 4 β„οΈπŸŽ…πŸΌπŸŽ„πŸŽ

Hello!!

One of the items I got in my Play! by Sephora box was the Make Up For Ever Step 1 Skin Equalizer Hydrating Primer. Β At first I didn’t really think I would use it at all since I love my Smashbox primer.

What made me decide to try the primer was the fact that it is supposed to hydrate and because the days are cold now, hydration is a must.

Keep reading to find out my thoughts on this primer and to see if it’s a hit or a miss. Β Enjoy!

The reason I like my Smashbox primer so much is because it gives me a matte finish and it helps those with oily skin. Β I tend to sweat a lot so I really like to use that primer.

I was nervous to try this primer out for that reason. Β I thought my face would be oily and my makeup would not look as good. Β With that I also thought that with the cold air my face would not benefit from the other primer because it would probably make my skin look dry.

When I applied my makeup using the Make Up For Ever Primer I really like Β the result. Β My face had a dewy finish and it looked very healthy! Β I have been using this primer since that day and I just love it!!

I would recommend this primer but for my preference I will probably use this during the cold seasons and my other primer during the hot seasons.

This primer retails at $36 for 1 ounces. Β To me that’s a bit expensive but it’s pretty standard for primers. Β I really like how it makes my skin look so I’ll probably ignore the price and buy it.

Have you tried the Make Up For Ever Step 1 Skin Equalizer Hydrating Primer?
